Dipping EDM

Devalle SAS was one of the first companies to use this type of technology.

EDM is a machining technique that employs the erosive ability of electric discharges. When the electrode and product are close enough, sparks are triggered between the two, eroding the piece in such a way that is relative to the shape of the electrode.

By using our own machines we have the ability to work with hard metals (special steels, high speed steels, aluminum, brass, copper) or those hardened by thermal or chemical treatments.

With the aid of these machines, we build punches, moulds, details for mouldselectrodes, brass and steel stamps, and carry out works with precision machining.

Our wealth of industry experience means we deliver not only a perfectly executed product, but provide all the support that may be required to successfully complete the most complex of tasks.
