Production of Grooved Calipers

Grooved calipers are measuring tools designed to accurately detect dimensions or thicknesses of objects that have grooves, or similar geometric characteristics. Their shape and structure are adapted to fit into grooves or recesses, allowing accurate measurement even in places that are difficult to reach with traditional calipers.

Starting from 2018, DEVALLE SAS has added to its offerings, the production of splined gauges for checking splined shafts and gears. 

The new range of products offered includes hardened steel Go and No Go pads and grooved rings, as well as zeroing masters and control rings for variables.

The precision offered, in the order of a few microns, allows to satisfy the most stringent needs of its customers.

Devalle Sas also manufactures its products based on the customer’s design, providing advice for optimal work.
